1. Services Provided
IstarMaintenance (“The Company”) agrees to provide plumbing, gas, heating, tiling, and renovation services as outlined in the provided quote. All gas-related work is performed by Gas Safe Registered engineers in compliance with UK safety regulations.
2. Quotes & Estimates
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Quotes are based on a visible inspection. If unforeseen issues arise (e.g., hidden pipe corrosion or structural problems), the Company will inform the Client of any additional costs before proceeding.
Payments and Deposits
Renovations: A deposit may be required to secure a start date and cover initial material costs.
Final Payment: Full payment is due immediately upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late Payments: The Company reserves the right to charge interest on any overdue invoices.
Client Obligations
The Client must ensure clear access to the property and the specific work area.
The Client is responsible for ensuring all necessary permissions (e.g., from landlords or local authorities) are obtained before work begins.
Guarantees & Liability
Workmanship: We provide a guarantee on our workmanship for a period of [e.g., 12 months] from completion.
Materials: Manufacturer warranties apply to all installed parts (boilers, pumps, etc.).
Limitations: The Company is not liable for pre-existing plumbing/heating faults or damage caused by circumstances outside our control (e.g., local water pressure spikes or external gas supply failures).
